Financial Policies and Dental Benefits
Payment is due the same time that services are rendered. If you have dental benefits, we are happy to help submit and process insurance claims on your behalf. We also direct bill for all general dentistry services. However, while we follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guide, your dental insurance may not and you will be responsible for all portions not covered by your insurance.
To assist in determining your dental benefits, we are happy to submit pre-treatment estimates on your behalf. However, insurance policies and coverages vary widely between different insurance plans, even if offered by the same dental insurance company. Insurance policies may also state 100% coverage, but not match the Alberta Dental Fee Guide. You will be responsible for payment of any amount not covered by your dental benefits. It is your responsibility to know your dental insurance details.

If you would like to make an appointment, please call us at (780) 457-2227. We accept same day emergency appointments and will make every effort to see you promptly. Please arrive for your appointment on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may have a significant hindrance on our ability to complete all the work scheduled for your appointment. In extreme cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We understand you have busy schedules and that scheduling conflicts do occur on occasion. However, to help us serve you better, please provide us with 48 hour notice for cancellation of any appointment. This provides us sufficient time to politely schedule others who require dental care in, or to inform specific team members of changes to their work schedules. Should you miss your appointment, we must regrettably charge your account.
